Named wurm
PH: a sapphire devotee can spawn at the locations marked on the map. Upon the death of the 'a sapphire devotee' trigger, Ktheek the Ripper will instantly spawn.

Loot:

Spells / abilities:
- Infected Bite - Single target debuff - Triggers Infection Explosion when the debuff fades (3 tick duration).
- Infection Explosion - Caster AE - Large DoT with HP Cap. 6 tick duration.
- Infected Claws - 4 tick duration - Very large DoT and stat reductions.

- PH spawn location(s).

- A safe spot to camp.

A sapphire devotee can also spawn in the SE corner of the spawn room. That makes at least three spots it can spawn. Also, when I pulled Ktheek, the mob in the SW corner did not add, which was nice.
