PH: a venerated sadist can spawn at the locations marked on the map. Upon the death of the 'a venerated sadist' trigger, Milas An'Rev will instantly spawn.

Loot:
- Dovh's Perpetual Diamond
- Holy Primal Mace of Mending

Spells / abilities:
- Whirlwind - Directional AE - Large DD with knockback and spin stun.

- PH spawn location(s).

- A safe spot to camp.

What I did was killed the specters from the bottom up, and when I finished I got back down to the bottom and the first specter I had killed respawned as the ph.

there is nothing but specters on this location all the way down are we sure this is correct?

She spawns at the top of the ramp, and after a moment will path down. The pathing caught me a bit by surprise.
