This mob also uses an "amnesia" spell which does not allow you to use certain disciplines, AAs, combat abilities, etc.  You can still cast spells, but tanking him was a bit awkward the first time I found him because I was not expecting this Amnesia debuff on me.  I don't remember the full timer on it, but I think it was around 15 or 30 seconds each time he cast it on me.
